About us

We are a multidisciplinary group of scientists in the Department of Chemistry and ChEM-H Institute driven to decipher the molecular bases of complex biological phenomena. We seek to elucidate and exploit the trafficking mechanisms of bacterial metabolites relevant to multidrug resistance, perform chemoenzymatic syntheses of bioactive natural products, and develop broadly applicable strategies to treat beta-hemoglobinopathies.
